Pedro gathers almost 20 years of experience in investment banking, mainly focused in Private Equity and Real Estate. He has worked in Bankia for 6 years as Investment Director, where he was in charge of the bank's industrial portfolio.

Between 2013 and 2017 he was Director of TPG Capital in Spain, closing the acquisition of the main Spanish Servicer (Servihabitat) and NPLs portfolios.

Pedro is Telecommunications Engineer from Universidad de Valladolid and MBA from IE Business School. He speaks Spanish and English.

Managing Director at Stella Finance with over 10 years’ experience in the Real estate sector, the majority in the alternative finance portion. Prior to Stella, he began his professional activity at Auric Partners as a real estate consultant and China Desk (Golden Visa) department manager. Subsequently, he was managing partner of CSA Investments a Retail and Residential agency, and after a few years in the real estate world, then entered Frux Capital, an alternative finance company as analyst, where he has taken projects from start to finish and gained a deep understanding of the business investing c.€450MM in the Iberian market with the Frux team. Later, he moved to Velox finance, where he begun the process again from scratch and invested through the team c.€35MM. Now, he has decided to take on a new challenge as managing director at Stella Finance, leaving the world of senior debt and moving into creating junior debt solutions.

Antonio de la Oliva has worked at Alchemia EAFI during the last few years advising HNWI on their Fixed Income strategies. He has helped to design optimal asset allocation models depending on each client’s profile. Prior to joining Alchemia, he worked in New York for BCP Securities LLC, a boutique investment bank focused on Emerging Market debt.

He has also worked for KPMG. Antonio holds a degree in Business Asministration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE (E2) and a Master in Accounting from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB).

He speaks Spanish and English.

Manuel is a senior banker with over 20 years of experience in international DCM (Debt Capital Markets), with strong indepth knowledge of Emerging Markets fixed income. He started his career in 2000 in New York as market analyst for the Trade Commission of Spain. From 2001 to 2006, he worked for Santander (Banesto) as proprietary trader, managing a 300 MM EUR book of LBO loans. In 2006 he joins BCP Securities LLC, an American boutique investment bank focused in EM bonds, as senior partner. He was a sales trader of High Yield and Emerging Markets bonds, covering European institutional clients. He is part of ACCI’s portfolio management team. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de Granada, postgraduate studies from University of Miami and FINRA Series 7, 24 and 65 Certificates.

He speaks Spanish, English and French.

Miguel Ángel holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the Real Estate and Business Area of COAM.

He has nearly ten years of experience in Real Estate, with most of his experience in Vía Célere.

There he started in the Land Department as an analyst managing more than 50 operations both for sale and purchase of land, as well as providing technical support to the Urban Planning team.

Soon after, he focused on the developmen, first as technical support in the northern area (Galicia and Castilla y León) where he collaborated in the development and delivery of 540 homes over 9 developments and, a year later, he became Project Manager of the central area (Madrid) where he developed 2,500 homes over 5 years spread over 30 developments both BTS and BTR, multi-family and single-family.

Jesus holds a Law Degree and has a Master's degree from the prestigious College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) in European Politics and Economics, with a scholarship from the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He speaks English, French and Spanish.

He worked from 2001 to 2006 in international organizations such as the World Trade Organization in Geneva and the European Commission in Brussels. From 2006 to 2008 he worked as private banker in Citi Switzerland for LATAM region; from 2008 until 2018 he worked at UBS Wealth Management in Geneva as business developer covering MFO in the LATAM region and Southern Europe.
